Responsibilities
- Responsible for setting up a research team for clinical research projects, communicating and assisting with various departments within the company and external service departments;
- Responsible for the clinical development project approval period, organize team meetings, communicate the progress of the trial regularly or at any time, and properly establish and manage clinical trial documents;
- Responsible for tracking the overall progress of the trial enrollment, coordinating internal and external teams to ensure the orderly and timely completion of clinical trials.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, major in medicine, health, and biotechnology;
- Two to eight years of clinical trial management work experience in a pharmaceutical company or CRO company, complete experience in the entire process of a clinical trial, and cancer clinical trial experience;
- Good English reading and writing skills.
